This is a health-conscious Thai eatery; the owners use only olive and canola oil in the entrées and do not serve soft drinks. They do have a wonderful selection of fresh-squeezed (and sometimes organic) juices. Their outside sign reads “Vegetarian & Seafood” and fully 1/2 of the menu is vegetarian.

This is the best-tasting, healthiest, and most customer-friendly stir-fry party in town. Flat Top Grill’s tremendously fresh bar is overloaded with more than 70 ingredients, including two different kinds of tofu. You can build your own designer stir-fry creations; and you can even customize them in a variety of ways, including having them cooked separately in a wok.
